: Team Leader

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in UAE Property

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle client inquiries effectively. This role focuses on selling properties, managing team relationships, and maintaining leads in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard top agents
. Coach team members to hit and exceed goals
. Lead weekly team meetings and training sessions

. Monitor metrics and drive productivity
. Create a winning culture that makes people want to work with you

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the UAE real estate market industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Must have experience working with CRM systems and property portals.

Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market is highly advantageous.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have access to a car.

English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
