Real Estate Specialist - Leasing Manager

About the Job

MTS Group of Companies, headquartered in the UAE, is seeking a highly experienced Leasing Manager to lead our leasing team and manage all leasing operations. The ideal candidate will support clients with their rental requirements, ensure smooth and efficient property transactions, and maintain high service standards.

This role requires strong leadership skills, someone who knows how to effectively guide, motivate, and develop a team to achieve monthly targets, maximize productivity, and deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate the leasing team to achieve performance targets Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and investors Understand client needs and provide tailored leasing solutions Schedule and conduct property viewings Stay updated on market trends, rental prices, and competitor listings Match client requirements accurately with available properties Oversee tenancy contracts, documentation, and legal compliance Monitor team performance and implement improvement strategies Conduct team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations Ensure a high standard of customer service and handle escalations professionally Coordinate with management to align leasing goals with company objectives

Requirements:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Dubai real estate leasing Strong knowledge of Dubai rental laws, procedures, and market trends Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills Proven track record of closing leasing deals} Experience supervising or managing a team is an advantage Proficient in CRM systems and online property platforms Attested Bachelor's Degree (any field) Can start immediately

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
