Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Real Estate Specialist to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market, strong sales capabilities, and a passion for helping clients find the right property solutions. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties across Abu Dhabi
Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and follow-ups with clients
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings, market trends, and legal regulations
Build and manage a portfolio of clients through networking and lead generation
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and transaction processes
Ensure all documentation complies with UAE property laws and company standards
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or advisory
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are a plus
Professional appearance and client-focused approach
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
UAE driving license preferred
