Real Estate Specialist (Leasing or Off-Plan)

About the Role:

MTS Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Specialist (Leasing or Off-Plan) to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting clients with residential, commercial, and off-plan properties, managing transactions, conducting market research, and providing expert guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and buyers Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions Schedule and conduct property viewings (residential, commercial, or off-plan) Handle negotiations between tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers Stay updated on Dubai property laws, market trends, and new developments Assist clients in leasing, buying, or selling properties Ensure all paperwork, legal documentation, and contracts are complete and compliant

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Dubai real estate (Leasing or Off-Plan) Proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills Proficient in real estate software and online marketing platforms Attested Bachelor's Degree (any field) Available to start immediately

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
