Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a knowledgeable and results-oriented Real Estate Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of the UAE property market and a passion for delivering expert guidance to buyers, sellers, and investors. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's continued success.
Responsibilities
Advise clients on property sales, purchases, and leasing opportunities across residential and commercial sectors
Conduct property viewings and provide insights on market conditions, pricing, and investment potential
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
Negotiate and close property deals while ensuring compliance with legal and financial procedures
Stay informed about market trends, new developments, and regulatory updates in Abu Dhabi
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote listings and generate leads
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using CRM systems
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or consultancy, preferably in the UAE
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and legal framework
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
RERA or equivalent certification is preferred
