Real Estate Senior Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a self-driven and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team.

Position Overview: The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, client service, and the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

Conduct property viewings, market analysis, and negotiations.

Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

Previous experience in UAE real estate market

Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Self-driven and results-oriented personality.

Applicants with own car preferred.

Ability to work independently and handle client portfolios.

What We Offer:

Competitive commission-based earnings (70-80% on closed deals) with transportation expenses covered

OR

Basic Salary of AED 3000-5000 plus commission of 35-45% on all closed deals

Visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

* Real Estate in Dubai: 5 years (Preferred)
