Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries regarding property sales, leasing, and investment opportunities.
Promote and present property listings, highlighting key features and benefits.
Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and CRM follow-ups.
Schedule and coordinate property viewings with sales agents and clients.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and follow-up notes.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Stay up to date with the Dubai real estate market trends, property laws, and RERA regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in real estate tele sales in Dubai.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of Dubai property market, developers, and communities.
Presentable and professional demeanor.
Must be currently based in Dubai.
