We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Real Estate Sales Manager

to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and at least

2 years of relevant experience

in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets Develop and implement strategic sales plans Identify and pursue new business opportunities Build strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors Oversee daily operations of the sales department Monitor market trends and competitor activities Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Deep understanding of Dubai real estate market RERA certification is an advantage Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
