. This role requires a strong leader who can manage, motivate, and guide a sales team to achieve and exceed targets while ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and mentor a team of real estate brokers and agents.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for off-plan and secondary markets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure target achievement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
Stay updated with Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, regulations, and opportunities.
Assist in closing high-value transactions and supporting team members during negotiations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
Requirements:
Valid Abu Dhabi Real Estate Broker License (mandatory).
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with expertise in both off-plan and secondary markets.
Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a competitive market.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
