The Real Estate Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading, training, and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep market knowledge, and the ability to drive performance and develop team capabilities in a competitive real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents.
Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure achievement of company goals.
Provide regular training and mentoring to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Develop strategies to increase property listings and client acquisition.
Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and sales tracking reports.
Support agents with negotiations, closing deals, and resolving client concerns.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute sales campaigns.
Keep up to date with real estate market trends, competition, and industry developments.
Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new sales agents.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales; leadership experience is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
In-depth knowledge of local real estate market and property trends.
Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and property listing platforms.
