We are hiring: Real Estate Sales Team Leader - Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans Monitor team KPIs, productivity, and conversion performance Coach, train, and support agents in sales techniques and negotiations Assist with high-value deal closures and client negotiations Coordinate with marketing to ensure quality lead generation and follow-up Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in UAE real estate sales Proven experience as a Team Leader or Senior Property Consultant Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills Excellent negotiation and closing abilities Solid understanding of the UAE real estate market Ability to work under pressure and deliver results RERA certification is an advantage
