Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve sales goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and regular reports.

Handle high-value client negotiations and property viewings when needed.

Qualifications:
Minimum
3+ years of real estate sales experience
