We are seeking an experienced
Real Estate Sales Manager
to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of proven experience in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and business growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property developers
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities
Train and mentor sales agents, providing guidance and motivation
Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi
Handle negotiations, contracts, and closing deals efficiently
Requirements:
4 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales in Abu Dhabi
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and trends
