Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the real estate sales team.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Oversee property listings, site visits, and deal closures.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and team performance updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate.
2+ years of real estate sales experience; 1+ years in a managerial role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate regulations.
Valid UAE driving license (if applicable).

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
