Sales & Business Development Manager

to lead growth in our Maintenance Division. This is a golden opportunity to join an award-winning company in Dubai, delivering high-quality maintenance services to residential, commercial, and corporate clients.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within

Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fit-out, or Interior Design.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the maintenance portfolio Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors Build and maintain strong client relationships Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations Track sales performance and report on targets Lead, build, and manage a sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and business development in Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fit-out, or Interior Design Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and build a sales team while driving target-based results Preferably someone who already has an existing network and clients to help gain and grow the department Strong network within Dubai and the UAE market Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently UAE driving license preferred

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Experience:

* Business Development Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
