Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales & Business Development Manager
to lead our business development efforts and drive growth in the interior design sector. This role involves creating and executing effective sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and building strong client relationships to expand our brand presence and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and retail sectors.
Develop and manage relationships with clients, contractors, real estate developers, and architects.
Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations based on client needs.
Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the company's services.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
Oversee branding, content creation, and promotional materials.
Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the interior design or real estate sector.
Strong network within the industry (designers, developers, architects) is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Understanding of interior design trends and materials.
Experience in luxury/high-end markets is a plus.
