Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service and support.
Conduct property viewings, showcasing features that appeal to potential buyers and renters.
Stay updated on market trends and property values, providing clients with accurate and knowledgeable advice.
Develop marketing strategies to promote properties effectively across various platforms.
Negotiate contracts and terms with sellers and buyers to ensure client satisfaction and secure the best deals.
Establish and maintain a network of clients through professional relationships and referrals.
Work towards achieving individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the agency.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate sales, with a strong understanding of the UAE market.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with real estate CRM tools and online property platforms.
A relevant real estate license or certification is preferred.
Valid UAE driving license is essential.
