Job Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Real Estate Sales Agent fluent in Chinese and English to join our Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build trust with Chinese-speaking clients. You will be responsible for guiding clients through property transactions and providing tailored investment advice.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Chinese-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about listings Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties based on preferences and budget Negotiate offers and close deals professionally and efficiently Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the UAE real estate market and legal procedures Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written) Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-focused approach Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
