Real Estate Sales Agent - Commission Based - Dubai Property Market
Role Summary
We are seeking experienced and driven Real Estate Agents with at least one year of Dubai real estate experience. This is a full-time commission-based position offering high-earning potential, personalized marketing support, and a collaborative work environment. What You'll Do

• Conduct property evaluations and advise clients on pricing strategies based on market trends
• Identify suitable properties and organize viewings for potential buyers
• Negotiate terms and contracts to secure the best possible outcome for your clients
• Promote listings through personalized campaigns, CRM tools, and supported marketing
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation complies with legal standards
• Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market and emerging opportunities

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate (mandatory)
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage
• RERA certification preferred
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
• Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing platforms
