Location: Dubai, UAE (Applicants must currently reside in Dubai)

Who We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate sales experience (off-plan or secondary market)

Strong background in closing deals and achieving targets..

Excellent in communication, client handling, and negotiations.

Highly motivated, driven, and results-focused.

Fluent in English and Russian

Deep understanding of the Dubai property market, especially the luxury segment.

What You'll Get:

Fixed Monthly Allowance: AED 3,000 - AED 4,500

Attractive Commission Structure.

70% on self-generated leads.

Commission paid upon SPA signing.
