Role Overview
The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting Chinese-speaking clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, fluency in Mandarin and English, and a deep understanding of the UAE property market.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with Chinese-speaking clients and investors
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and legal procedures
Translate and interpret property-related documents and communications when needed
Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to ensure smooth transactions
Stay updated on new developments, investment opportunities, and market trends
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications
Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of UAE property laws and procedures
RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
UAE driver's license preferred
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
