Role Overview

As a

Real Estate Sales Agent - Chinese Speaker

, you will support and expand our growing Chinese?speaking client base. You will guide clients through property purchases, sales, and investments while providing culturally aligned communication and exceptional service. Your language skills and market knowledge will play a key role in building trust and closing successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Chinese?speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and transactions. Provide expert advice on property options, pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors from the Chinese market. Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach. Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate market, new launches, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate client records and manage a structured sales pipeline. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient client service. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills

Fluency in

Mandarin Chinese

is required; English is essential. Proven experience in real estate sales or a strong passion for the industry. Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Professional, proactive, and client?focused approach. Self?motivated, target?driven, and able to work independently. UAE driving license preferred.
