Key Responsibilities
Provide professional real estate advice and support to clients throughout the sales process.
Manage property inquiries, conduct viewings, and present suitable options based on client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Negotiate offers and close property transactions in compliance with UAE real estate regulations.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies, and new developments.
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal sales procedures.
Collaborate with marketing, admin, and sales teams to support client requirements.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.
Requirements
Experience in real estate sales or a related customer?facing role is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Professional appearance and a client?oriented approach.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is preferred.
Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage; training will be provided.
