Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Resale Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on secondary market transactions, helping clients buy and sell existing properties. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, deep market knowledge, and a proven ability to close resale deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage resale transactions for residential and commercial properties Assist clients in listing, marketing, and selling their existing properties Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information about listings Advise buyers and sellers on market conditions, pricing, and legal procedures Negotiate offers and finalize contracts professionally Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi resale market Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on resale properties Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi secondary property market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
