The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the secondary real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers. This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for ambitious professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying and selling resale properties in Abu Dhabi's metropolitan areas.
Conduct market research and comparative analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers.
Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and industry developments.
Promote resale properties through various marketing channels, including social media and networking events.
Provide expert guidance on investment opportunities and property financing options.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in resale properties
(minimum 2-3 years preferred).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market and regulations.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
UAE driving license and own vehicle is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Spanish are a plus.
