Role Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Real Estate Resale Agent to specialize in secondary market transactions across Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of property valuation, market dynamics, and the ability to guide clients through the resale process with confidence and clarity. You will be responsible for sourcing, listing, and selling pre-owned residential and commercial properties, while delivering exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities

Source and list resale properties across Abu Dhabi's residential and commercial sectors Conduct property evaluations, market analyses, and pricing strategies for resale listings Guide clients through the entire resale process, including viewings, negotiations, and closings Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers Stay informed about market trends, legal regulations, and community developments Use CRM systems to manage leads, listings, and client communications Collaborate with marketing to promote resale inventory and generate qualified leads
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on resale properties Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi secondary market and property transfer procedures Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are an advantage Professional appearance and a client-first approach Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
