Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Real Estate Resale Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals who understand the secondary market and excel at building trust with both buyers and sellers. You will be responsible for listing, marketing, and selling pre-owned properties while delivering exceptional service and market insight.
Key Responsibilities
Source and list resale properties across Abu Dhabi
Conduct property valuations and advise sellers on competitive pricing strategies
Market listings through digital platforms, open houses, and client networks
Guide buyers through the resale process with tailored consultations and property tours
Negotiate and close resale transactions with professionalism and transparency
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate resale transactions
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's secondary property market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
