We Are Looking For:

A professional, ambitious, and customer-focused Rental Specialist who is passionate about real estate, excels in client relationship management, and is driven to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

Take over and manage existing rental portfolios, ensuring high occupancy rates and client satisfaction. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, developers, and corporate clients. Source new rental listings and tenants through networking, referrals, property portals, and premium lead channels. Conduct professional property viewings and inspections, advising clients on pricing and market positioning. Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and rental pricing between landlords and tenants. Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, handovers, and property condition reports. Maintain accurate records of clients, listings, and transactions within the CRM system. Stay informed on Dubai rental market trends, regulations, and competitor activity. Assist the CEO with rental operations, client management, reporting, and special projects, while supporting high-level client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Provide regular performance reports, rental analytics, and market insights to support business growth. Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions when delegated by the CEO.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in real estate rentals in Dubai. Valid

UAE driving license

- mandatory. Own UAE visa - a plus. Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Professional appearance and ability to work with demanding clients. Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team.
