Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Real Estate Negotiation Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in deal-making, client engagement, and conflict resolution. You will play a critical role in securing favorable terms for buyers, sellers, and investors, while maintaining transparency and trust throughout the transaction process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead negotiations for property transactions, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties
Analyze market data and pricing trends to support negotiation strategies
Collaborate with agents, developers, and legal teams to structure deals
Advise clients on negotiation tactics, contract terms, and closing procedures
Resolve disputes and manage expectations with professionalism and discretion
Maintain detailed records of negotiations and agreements using CRM systems
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate negotiations, sales, or brokerage
Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's property market and legal framework
Excellent communication, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms and transaction management tools
