Real Estate Negotiation Specialist
to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. You will be responsible for managing complex property transactions, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients, and supporting the company's growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead negotiations for property sales, purchases, and rental agreements
Advise clients on pricing strategies, market conditions, and investment opportunities
Facilitate discussions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
Prepare, review, and finalize contracts and other legal documentation
Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and transparency
Collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed team and company targets
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate negotiations or a related sales role
Strong communication, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market preferred
Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is an advantage
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus)
