Vacancy: Real estate rental specialist, in Alira Real Estate

We are looking for:

A professional, ambitious and customer-oriented Rental Specialist who shares our passion for exclusive real estate and strives for an impeccable result.

Key responsibilities:

Full support of the luxury real estate rental process: from finding a client and showing objects to signing a contract and handing over the keys.

Active search and attraction of potential tenants (tenants) through premium channels (databases, referrals, partner networks, social networks).

Consulting clients at a high level, deep understanding of their needs and selection of ideal options from our portfolio.

Conducting private screenings of objects, presentation of their advantages and unique characteristics.

Negotiations between the landlord and the tenant, preparation and coordination of all necessary documentation (lease agreements, checks, etc.).

Building long-term and trusting relationships with customers and partners to form a personal base of loyal customers.

Maintaining an expert level of knowledge about the Dubai real estate market, new projects and rental legislation.

Our requirements:

Experience of successful work in the field of real estate rental from 2 years, experience in the premium segment is welcome.

Perfect command of English. Knowledge of additional languages (Russian, Arabic, French, etc.) will be a strong advantage.

Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market and legal aspects of transactions.

Exceptional communication skills, presentable appearance and ability to work with demanding clients.

Negotiation skills, result orientation and ability to work in a team.

Readiness for the work schedule from 10:00 to 18:00, with the understanding that working with premium clients may require flexibility.
