Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles within the company.
Manage job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
Maintain recruitment reports and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
Represent the company professionally across recruitment platforms and agencies.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of UAE experience
in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Must have experience within
Real Estate or Developer sector.
Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
