who can consistently source, screen, and hire
top-performing real estate brokers

The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of real estate brokers and sales consultants. This role requires strong knowledge of sales recruitment, local real estate markets, and the ability to attract high-quality, commission-driven talent.
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit real estate brokers through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, headhunting)
Screen candidates for sales experience, market knowledge, and cultural fit
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with management for final selection
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified broker candidates
Understand commission structures and explain them clearly to candidates
Manage recruitment timelines and hiring targets
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
Strengthen employer branding to attract top broker talent
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience hiring
real estate brokers, property consultants, or sales professionals
(strongly preferred)
Knowledge of commission-based and sales-driven roles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
Strong networking and headhunting skills
Experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage
