We are a dynamic real estate company in Dubai looking for an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in UAE-based real estate recruitment. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle and help us build a successful, motivated sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage end-to-end recruitment - posting, sourcing, screening & onboarding
? Recruit for real estate roles (Property Consultants, Admin, Marketing, etc.)
? Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
? Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process
? Maintain recruitment reports and meet hiring targets
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter in a UAE real estate company
Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of UAE labour laws related to recruitment
Proactive, organized, and target-driven
