Habico Properties is looking for an experienced and motivated
Real Estate Recruiter
to join our HR team.
The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in human resources (minimum 10 years)
and at least
5 years of proven experience in real estate recruitment
within the UAE market.
Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute effective recruitment strategies for real estate professionals.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales, leasing, and administrative positions.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Maintain an updated database of potential candidates and recruitment reports.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely placements.
Promote the company brand as an employer of choice in the real estate industry.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of HR experience
(UAE experience preferred).
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in real estate recruitment.
In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
