Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to hire qualified real estate agents.
Source candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals.
Screen and interview candidates to ensure experience and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in the real estate industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of hiring high-performing agents.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
