Recruiter

with real estate experience and fluency in a European language to help us build the strongest team in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles including property consultants, leasing agents, and support staff Source top-tier talent through strategic outreach, networking, and digital platforms Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural fit and professional excellence Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and refine job profiles Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified candidates with real estate backgrounds Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate at industry events and career fairs Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires Uphold compliance with UAE labor laws and internal hiring standards

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in the real estate sector Fluency in English and at least one European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian) Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate landscape Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social media sourcing Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment UAE residency or willingness to relocate

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Existing network of real estate professionals in the UAE or Europe Experience recruiting for luxury or high-end property portfolios
