Key Responsibilities
Handle property inquiries and provide professional consultation to clients.
Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Negotiate offers and close property transactions in line with UAE real estate regulations.
Stay informed about market trends, new developments, and pricing strategies.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow internal sales processes.
Collaborate with marketing, admin, and sales teams to support client requirements.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.
Requirements
Experience in real estate sales or a related customer?facing role is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Professional appearance and a client?focused approach.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is preferred.
Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage; training will be provided.
