Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out and develop new property sales leads in Abu Dhabi.
Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and property trends.
Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless experience.
Negotiate contracts and close property transactions effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers.
Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and industry developments.
Promote properties through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and networking.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in real estate sales or property brokerage in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market and trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and property listing platforms.
UAE real estate license or RERA certification (preferred).
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
