Key Responsibilities

Actively identify and pursue property sales opportunities, matching clients with suitable listings. Conduct property showings, presentations, and consultations to showcase available listings. Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and encouraging referrals. Negotiate property sales agreements, ensuring compliance with UAE property laws. Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's real estate market trends, pricing, and emerging opportunities. Collaborate with developers, brokers, and internal teams to access exclusive listings and close deals. Implement marketing strategies to promote properties effectively through online platforms and offline channels. Prepare and oversee transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.

Qualifications

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Abu Dhabi. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Comprehensive knowledge of UAE property laws and local market dynamics. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
