Position Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven

Real Estate Property Sales Agent

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for real estate. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, advising clients, and building long-term relationships to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

Handle property sales, purchases, and rentals from start to finish Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms with buyers, sellers, and tenants Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate laws, regulations, and market trends Build and maintain a portfolio of clients through networking and referrals Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and company sales targets
Qualifications

Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market preferred Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is an advantage Ability to work independently and within a team environment Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus)
