Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closing procedures
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and legal requirements
Build and manage a portfolio of listings and client relationships
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Provide expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or customer service
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
