Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate leads through the provided database and other channels.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients.
Negotiate offers and close deals effectively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
Build and maintain a strong database of clients and properties.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in real estate is an advantage but not mandatory for motivated candidates.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and procedures (an advantage).
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
