Key Responsibilities
Manage property transactions including listings, viewings, negotiations, and closings
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
Maintain a strong understanding of local real estate trends and regulatory updates
Build and nurture relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals
Utilize CRM systems to manage leads and track client interactions
Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to support the sales process
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
UAE driving license preferred
RERA or equivalent certification is a plus
