Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and integrity
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal regulations
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Maintain accurate records of listings, transactions, and client communications
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or leasing preferred
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are an advantage
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
