Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and driven Real Estate Professional Agents to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about property, skilled in sales, and committed to delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in property transactions across Abu Dhabi
Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance tailored to client needs
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and integrity
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales or brokerage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
