Utilize online platforms, social media, and traditional marketing strategies to attract potential clients.Documentation & Contracts:
Prepare and review sales agreements, lease contracts, and other legal paperwork.Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing in Abu Dhabi. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and market trends. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in CRM systems and real estate listing platforms.
