Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Real Estate Professional
to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi.
Provide expert advice on market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
Stay updated on real estate regulations, legal requirements, and industry developments.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in the UAE market.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate laws and regulations.
UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
