Key Responsibilities

Actively pursue property sales and leasing opportunities, matching clients with ideal listings. Provide tailored advice on property investments, market trends, and legal requirements. Conduct property tours, presentations, and consultations to highlight unique features. Build and maintain a network of high-value clients, fostering trust and long-term relationships. Negotiate terms and conditions for successful transactions, ensuring compliance with UAE property laws. Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate market dynamics, including emerging areas and pricing trends. Collaborate with developers, brokers, and internal teams to access exclusive listings and close deals. Utilize innovative marketing strategies to promote properties effectively across various platforms. Prepare and oversee transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.

Qualifications

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in Abu Dhabi. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction. Comprehensive knowledge of UAE property laws and local market dynamics. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
