Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional real estate services for buying, selling, and leasing properties, catering to diverse client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers to expand professional networks and secure business opportunities. Advise clients on market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities, including Golden Visa acquisition via real estate investments. Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to clients to help them make informed decisions. Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with UAE property laws and regulations. Collaborate with developers and colleagues to access exclusive property listings and deliver exceptional service. Promote company listings through innovative marketing strategies and platforms to maximize reach. Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate market trends and developments to provide expert guidance.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market with a focus on luxury or metropolitan properties. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of UAE property laws and local real estate processes. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
